My order says delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
Once package has been dropped off at the post office, the package is no longer in our hands. Please contact your local post office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
My package arrived, but product is damaged. What should I do?
Contact us via email alluredivinelashes@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving package, please include a clear picture of damaged product. You will be issued in-store credit for what was damaged. (excluding shipping)
Would I be able to make an exchange ?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
I placed an order, but I included the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us via email alluredivinelashes@gmail.com within 1 hour after placing order. Please include the name on the order, order number, and updated shipping address. After order has been placed for more than one hour without contacting us, we will not have access to update shipping address.
How does shipping work?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. (Processing and shipping time excludes weekends & holidays)
Shipping time for USPS priority mail is 1-4 business days.
Shipping time for USPS ground mail is 2-6 business days.
